Promotions

1. Eligibility

The promotion is available to the first 50 eligible ParkShark user accounts successfully registered with ParkShark.

2. Determining the first 50 users

Eligibility is determined based on the date and time at which the user's ParkShark account is successfully registered.

3. Lifetime 0% platform fees

Once a user qualifies for the promotion, their ParkShark platform fee will remain 0% for the lifetime of that account.

4. Scope of the promotion

The 0% ParkShark platform fee applies to eligible transactions made through the qualifying account, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Third-party fees

The promotion applies only to fees charged by ParkShark. It does not cover fees charged by third parties, including payment-processing fees or other charges imposed by payment providers or other service providers.

6. One account per user

The promotion is limited to one qualifying account per user. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional promotional benefits is prohibited.

7. Non-transferability

The promotional benefit is personal to the qualifying account and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another user or account.

8. Account termination

If a qualifying account is permanently deleted by the user, or terminated by ParkShark due to a violation of the ParkShark Terms & Conditions, the promotional benefit ends together with that account.

9. Fraud and abuse

ParkShark reserves the right to verify eligibility and exclude accounts where it reasonably determines that the promotion has been obtained through fraud, abuse, manipulation, duplicate accounts, or other improper means.

10. Other fees and obligations

The promotion does not waive or affect any other fees, charges, responsibilities, or obligations applicable under the ParkShark Terms & Conditions.

11. End of promotion

The promotion is available until all 50 qualifying accounts have been registered. Once the 50 qualifying accounts have been reached, no additional accounts will qualify for the promotion.

12. Changes to the promotion

ParkShark reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion before all 50 qualifying accounts have been registered where necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical issues, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond ParkShark's reasonable control. Any such change will not affect the promotional entitlement of users who have already qualified.

13. Explanatory Notes

What does "0% lifetime fees" mean?

A qualifying user pays 0% ParkShark platform fees for as long as their qualifying ParkShark account remains active.

This does not mean that all costs associated with a transaction are waived. Third-party charges, such as payment-processing fees, may still apply.
