The price depends on the listing and selected period. Check the price in the app before booking. The CHF 1.50 for 4 hours shown on the homepage is an example, not a fixed rate for every parking space.

How ParkShark works
ParkShark connects people looking for parking with people offering an unused space. Here is how to use the iOS app and what to check before you park.
Find a parking space
- Search the map and open a listing. Check the price, availability, amenities and restrictions for your vehicle.
- Choose your parking period and review the details before submitting a booking request. Sign in when the app asks you to.
- Check the saved booking status. A pending request is not a confirmed reservation. Agree on access and any separate payment with the provider before arriving.
List your unused space
- Only offer a parking space you own or have permission to make available.
- Create a listing in the iOS app with photos, space details, availability and pricing. Describe restrictions and access accurately.
- Keep your listing up to date and review incoming booking requests. Make sure drivers know how to reach and use the space.
Common questions
Do I pay inside the app?
ParkShark does not currently process in-app card payments. A displayed price or confirmed booking is not a payment receipt. Agree on any separate payment with the provider before using the space.
Is a booking request confirmed immediately?
Check the saved status in the app. A pending or failed request is not a confirmed reservation. Check the access details before arriving, too.
Where are parking spaces available?
Availability depends on the spaces currently listed. Check the app map for your destination and dates. An illustration on the website does not guarantee an available space.
Is ParkShark available for iOS and Android?
ParkShark for iOS is available on the App Store. Android is in beta; you need to be in the testing group to access it. Features may differ between platforms.
How do I contact support?
Email support@parkshark.online. Include the relevant listing or booking reference when asking about one. Do not send payment credentials or access codes.
